COVID-19 Update: Open for business

Our delivery services remain operational, with new precautions to keep you and our team members safe. We are committed to getting your orders to you as quickly and safely as possible, but please bear in mind there may be short delivery delays. Thank you for your patience.

We have resumed our normal white glove delivery service, but will continue to observe the 2m distance rule. We are happy to unpack your items in your room of choice, take away any packaging and assemble all flat-packed items. Some of our stores are now offering a curbside Click & Collect service. To arrange this, please call the store you wish to collect from in advance.

Standard Delivery - £6

  • UK Mainland: Up to five working days.
  • Orders will be delivered via Parcelforce. A signature is required upon receipt.

 


Fragile & Heavy Delivery

  • Fragile delivery - £6
  • Heavy delivery - £30
  • UK Mainland: Up to 10 working days.
  • After you have placed an order, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange delivery (when all items are in stock).
  • You will then receive an email confirming your delivery day, followed by a call to confirm your delivery slot closer to the time.
  • Orders will be delivered via a nominated carrier. A signature is required upon receipt.

 


Express Delivery - £9.96

UK Mainland only.

  • Orders placed Monday to Friday by 2pm will be delivered on the next working day.
  • Orders will be delivered via Parcelforce. A signature is required upon receipt.

 


Delivery to UK Offshore, Highlands, Northern Ireland

  • Up to 20 working days, depending on your delivery postcode.
  • Please note, additional costs for delivery may apply depending on location and parcel size.
  • A member of our team will be in touch as soon as you place your order to confirm the details – if you choose not to proceed with our delivery quote, your order will be cancelled and you will not be charged.

Tailored by OKA Delivery - £30

  • The items in our Tailored by OKA collection are custom made, so they will take up to 8-10 weeks to deliver. If you have added any standard or heavy items to your order, they will be delivered separately.
  • When your Tailored order is ready, a member of our team will be in touch to arrange a delivery time that suits you.
  • Orders will be delivered via a nominated carrier. A signature is required upon receipt.

International Delivery

Please note, international delivery is subject to availability of service, accessibility to property, local customs costs/regulations, transport mode and shipment size. Due to customs regulations we are unable to ship diffusers and diffuser refills internationally.

Tailored by OKA

  • The items in our Tailored by OKA collection are made-to-order within 8-10 weeks (plus an additional 40 working days for international shipping).
  • Once your item is ready, our team will be in touch to arrange a delivery time that suits you.

 


Free Delivery Over £2,500

Free delivery within the UK Mainland is automatically applied at the checkout on all orders over £2,500. Please note this excludes express delivery.

 


Edward Bulmer Paints

  • If bought alone, sample pots are delivered free of charge within Mainland UK (use the code SAMPLE at the checkout). Please note these are non-returnable.
  • Full size paint pots: please see above for standard and offshore delivery information.
  • Please note that these items are not eligible for international delivery.

 


Useful Information

If the delivery is unsuccessful (for instance, you are not at the place of delivery at the agreed time, or because of the size of the goods they cannot be delivered into your home) a £50 charge may be levied.

For delivery of items marked with a lorry, we now offer a nationwide disposal service of the equivalent piece of furniture in your home. This will be charged at £50 per piece and must be arranged prior to delivery, please contact our Customer Service team for more information.

Please note that if you have ordered multiple items and one is out of stock, this will delay your delivery. Orders cannot be despatched until all items are in stock and ready to be delivered.
