Last night we took over our store in Chelsea to host a supper club with a difference. Teaming up with Telegraph food critic and MasterChef regular William Sitwell to showcase culinary talent from outside of London in the unique surroundings of our London flagship store.
This was a dining experience like no other, with 50 guests including Sophie Stanbury, Lohralee and William Astor, Alice St Claire Erskine and Matilda Goad. Seated at an array of tables, each one decorated to a different theme featuring our new collection and adorned with faux flowers from our Willow Crossley collaboration.
Guests dined on five courses cooked by Chefs Richard Allen, Aaron Craig and Paul O'Hara of Rockliffe Hall, the five-star luxury hotel, situated on the County Durham and North Yorkshire border. Their shared love of exceptional flavours and British ingredients was reflected in their menu choice for the evening, including hand dived scallop with a caviar velouté and roast loin of venison with a delectably fruity dessert.
The accompanying wines were specially chosen by Red Squirrel Wine to match each dish, whilst delicious aperitifs and digestifs were provided by Cotswold Gin and Fever-Tree.
