    This classic dish is a real crowd pleaser, along with our stunning set of three white china terrine dishes, featuring a duck, fish and wild boar motif on each of the lids, you can be certain this recipe will be the talk of the table. Aprons at the ready!

    Ingredients:

    Serves 4

    6 Apples

    150g Blackberries

    2 tablespoons of Coconut Oil

    1 teaspoon of Cinnamon

    200g Sugar

    100g Rolled Oats

    Preparation

    • Peel and slice your apples into thin pieces and place in a frying pan with 1 tablespoon of coconut oil, 100g of sugar and the cinnamon.
    • Slowly simmer until the apples start to soften.
    • Once ready, stir in the blackberries and transfer into our quirky terrine dishes, each one will serve one person.
    • Meanwhile, in a bowl mix together the oats and the rest of the sugar and coconut oil.
    • Layer the oat mixture on top of the apple mix and pop in the oven (without the terrine lids) at 180 degrees for 28 minutes or until golden.
