Delivery Information

Items from the OKA range can be delivered anywhere within Europe. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver OKA orders to Russia. Delivery is subject to availability of service, accessibility to property, local customs costs/regulations, transport mode and shipment size.

Please note that in the event of adverse weather conditions, the delivery times quoted below may be extended.

Express Delivery

Express Delivery - €12

Only available for orders delivered to the UK Mainland.
Not available for heavy items.
Orders placed by 3pm GMT are delivered the next working day, Monday to Friday.
Orders will be delivered via Parcel Force. A signature is required upon receipt.

All international orders are shipped complete, as soon as all items on the order are available. We will only ship items individually if requested and each separate shipment will incur additional shipping charges.

Please note that our carriers do not offer a removal service and are unable to unwrap/remove the packaging, place the product(s) in your room of choice, or assemble products for you. If this is a service you are interested in, please contact our Customer Service team on +44 1235 433930 for a bespoke delivery quote.

If the delivery is unsuccessful (for instance, you are not at the delivery address at the agreed time) the courier will attempt delivery a couple of times. For this reason we require your contact telephone number when you place an order on the OKA website, in order for the courier to contact you should there be any issues with the delivery.

OKA is responsible for the safe delivery of goods from our warehouse to the customer’s delivery address stated on the OKA invoice. Beyond this point, it is the responsibility of the customer and their chosen courier/shipping partner to check the condition of goods and adequately pack them for onward delivery to their final destination.

USA Delivery Process

Please note that heavy & fragile deliveries to the USA require extra regulatory documentation to be completed prior to delivery. Please read the following information and action where necessary to ensure your order arrives in the USA without any delays.   • If you are shipping to an individual, please email a copy or scan of your passport and Social Security Number Card (or National Insurance Card if from the UK) to customerservice@oka.com
  • If you are shipping to a business, please email a copy of their Business Certificate confirming they are a legitimate USA company to customerservice@oka.com
  • When prompted, please send a “Power of Attorney” form to the Broker/Agent directly, allowing them to act on your behalf to arrange customs clearance and arrange for duty and taxes to be paid. (If you have your own Broker/Agent, our agent will hand over responsibility and there will be no need for a Power of Attorney.)
  • Please note that we are unable to release goods until all required documentation has been received.
