They are lovely & beautifully framed, but have no cord.
A collection of prints based on 19th century depictions of Gulangyu Island in South East China. During this era, Chinese businessmen who had travelled overseas ended up settling on the island, so the architecture is influenced by South Asian and Western colonial style. These beautiful pictures have been printed on traditional Chinese ‘Xuan Paper’, chosen for its durability and smooth surface. Many ancient books and paintings that were printed on this hardy rice paper during the Tang Dynasty are still around today. After the design is transferred on to the paper, final flourishes are added by hand to bring out the colours in the composition. The print is then mounted on thick, premium quality card in a distressed, antique gold coloured frame. Four different designs are available.
