English Conservatory

Steeped in history, conservatories have been a quintessential part of English homes since the 16th century. They were originally built for growing exotic fruits brought back from sunnier climes. Here, we’ve mixed more relaxed rattan with formal elements like a wooden chandelier and antique gold lamps, to create a serene, light-filled sanctuary where you can enjoy the garden vista all year round, no matter what the weather.

Living Room

Come rain or shine, this conservatory living room offers a peaceful, secluded spot in which to relax or enjoy a morning coffee. Featuring traditional orangery-style windows and doors, the conservatory is not only a luxurious extension of the house but also an extension of summer itself, becoming balmy at the first sign of sunlight. A selection of our All-Weather ‘Rattan’ outdoor furniture paired with a wooden coffee table provides a comfortable and welcoming space inside, but they can easily be moved through the double doors and into the garden if the weather is good.

Dining Room

The great British weather can never be relied upon when planning an al fresco dining occasion, so a conservatory dining room is often the safest option. Using overgrown hanging plants and creeping foliage, we’ve created a secret garden dining room with a round table at the centre, surrounded by high-backed upholstered dining chairs for a sense of seclusion. An ornate wooden cupboard with shelves makes an unusual display cabinet in which to showcase hand-painted plates, earthenware jugs, terracotta pots, faux plants or whatever decorative pieces you wish. With a generous amount of natural light, this undercover dining room would also be the perfect space in which to unleash creativity, whether working, doing crafts or reading.

Breakfast Room

Make the most of the early morning sun by taking breakfast in your conservatory, sat at our weatherproofed Mediterranean-inspired metal dining table and chairs. The elaborate scrolled design perfectly complements the orangery setting, but it would be equally at home in an Italian piazza or Spanish courtyard. To encourage a long, leisurely breakfast, pop a cushion on each of the chairs – the quatrefoil and diamond pattern adds a fanciful note to the décor. Finally, add a splash of summer colour with an arrangement of faux flowers (which can easily withstand extreme changes of temperature) and vibrant glassware.
