On arrival the vase was cracked.when I eventually got to speak to someone service was very good and vase was exchanged.

I have a new/old house and have been buying lots of things recently and I have to say that OKA have been prilliant to deal with-gorgeous well priced products, very quick delivery and smooth customer service-thank you!
The vase is large and sturdy, the only downside is a number of slight imperfections (small bubbles)in the glass
