Gorgeous chairs, but problems with marks from wareshouse storage, waiting on OKA to contact me to have them exchanged. Almost a week and not heard back. :((

Charcoal is a nice product, slightly concerned about the maroon which is showing slight marks already. The chairs will get heavy use as they are in an opticians waiting area so we'll see how they stand up to use!
