Elsdon Rug 274x366cm - Washed Rose

Inspired by antiques, our hand-knotted Elsdon Rug is adorned with elegant floral emblems in an exclusive design and has a deliberately aged finish - a true modern heirloom. Crafted by a talented group of designers, dyers, weavers and finishers, its yarns are dyed by hand, with the warps arranged on a loom to form the foundation. Artisans carefully knot each individual yarn around the warps progressing row by row to create the pattern. When the weaving process is finished, the pile is trimmed, washed and stretched to preserve its shape and appearance. The subdued colour palette would be right at home in a bedroom or entryway, and comes in a number of sizes.
