Please note that after you place an order you have 72 hours in which to make alterations or cancel it free of charge. In the event of cancellation or significant changes 72 hours after placing an order, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee and only entitled to a refund of 75% of the original amount paid.
After 30 days from the end of the 72-hour grace period, regrettably we cannot offer any refunds on returned items. In the rare case that your product is faulty we will offer to fully refund or replace it.

Where it all Began
Discover the story behind the Tarma, which has grown to become one of our most popular seating ranges. It all started when our Co-Founder, Sue Jones, was exploring a trade fair and happened upon an unusual printed and embroidered rug.
