Click & Collect is a delivery option available when you place an order online, whereby your order is delivered to your OKA store of choice. It’s quick, convenient and completely free.
All OKA stores accept Click & Collect orders.
Click & Collect is available for all non-heavy items. Please check the delivery tab on the individual product page for confirmation of eligibility.
Simply add standard items to your basket and go to the checkout. If your order qualifies for Click & Collect, you’ll see this option in the delivery details section of the checkout – you just need to tick the box and select your nearest store. There’s no need to enter the store address details as this is automatically done for you.
Your order will be available for collection from your selected store up to 6 working days from when you place your order. Please select your chosen store from the options below to see when you can expect your order to arrive in-store. As soon as your item(s) arrive, we'll be in touch to let you know they're ready.
Let us know if you would prefer to schedule a kerbside collection and we will do our best to accommodate your request where possible.
We understand that you might not be able to collect your order right away, so we’ll keep it for you for 14 days. If you know that you won’t be able to collect your order within 14 days, please give the store a call and we’ll be happy to make alternative arrangements.
If we haven't heard from you and your item is uncollected after 14 days, we'll return it to our warehouse and arrange a refund for you.
Simply request your order from a member of our friendly team in-store, and they will be available to assist you upon collection.
