Returns and Refunds

We hope you love your OKA pieces, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as expected. That’s why we’re happy to offer you 14 days to return anything that’s not quite right.

If you decide something isn’t for you, simply return it in the same condition you received it, and we’ll refund what you paid – it’s that easy.

If your OKA item develops a fault within six months of purchase, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge, or exchange it for a like-for-like item if the original is out of stock.

How to Return Your Items

If you ordered from our website

Small parcel orders (DPD)

If your order was delivered by DPD, you can easily arrange a return within 14 days of delivery by following these steps:

  1. Arrange a return within 14 days of delivery via our Returns Portal by entering your order number and postcode or email address.
  2. Select the items you wish to return and your preferred method: Drop-off or Home Collection.
  3. For drop-off, you’ll receive a label to print and attach before taking your parcel to your chosen DPD location. For home collection, the driver will bring the label.

If you bought from an OKA store

Simply take your item(s) back into any OKA store* with your proof of purchase and the card you used to pay, and our team will be happy to help.

*Items purchased from OKA at Hoopers, Tunbridge Wells can only be returned to that store. OKA at Hoopers, Tunbridge Wells cannot process returns from any other OKA store

In-store return – small items only

  • You can return small items to your nearest OKA store within 14 days.
  • Please call your local store before travelling to confirm if your item can be accepted.
  • Bring your item(s) with the invoice and your original payment method.
  • Website orders cannot be returned to OKA at Hoopers, Tunbridge Wells.

If you bought an item from an OKA Outlet store

Items sold in our Outlet stores in South Godstone and Bicester are not covered by our refunds policy – they are sold as seen and are non-refundable.

This is because Outlet items are classed as seconds or end-of-line, which means they may be damaged, have previously been on display, or are now discontinued. Any damage to an item will be clearly indicated in the store at the time of purchase.

If you bought an item through the OKA Interior Design Service

Email the Interior Design Service team at designservice@oka.com for return arrangements.

Receiving your Refund

Warehouse Returns

  • We aim to process returns within 7–9 working days of receipt.
  • Refunds are made to the original payment method within approximately 5 working days of processing.
  • If we cannot refund to the original card (e.g., expired), we’ll issue an OKA Gift Card.

Store Returns

  • Refunds for eligible small item returns are processed in store to the original payment method.
  • Card refunds usually appear within 5 working days, though some banks may take longer.
