Returns and Refunds
We hope you love your OKA pieces but understand that sometimes things don't work out as you expect. We're happy to offer you 14 days to return anything that's not quite right.
If you decide something isn't for you, simply return it in the same condition in which it was received, and we'll refund what you paid for it - it's that easy.
In the rare event that your OKA item develops a fault within six months of purchase, we'll repair or replace it free of charge, or exchange it for a like-for-like item if the original is out of stock.
How to return your items
If you ordered from our website
If your order was delivered by DPD, you can easily arrange a return within 14 days of delivery by following these steps:
- Visit the Return Portal: Go to oka.gfs-returns.com/pro and enter your order number (found in your confirmation email) along with your postcode or email address.
- Select Items and Return Method: Choose the items you wish to return and select your preferred return method – Drop off or Home Collection.
- Receive Your Returns Confirmation:
For Drop off: You will receive a returns label that needs to be printed.
For Home Collection: You will receive a confirmation email with details of the collection date. - Prepare Your Return:
For Drop off: Attach the printed returns label to your package and drop it off at your chosen DPD collection point.
For Home Collection: No need to print anything. The driver will bring the label when they arrive for collection.
Returns via DPD cost £2.50. This will be deducted from your refund amount.
You can also return your purchase to your nearest OKA store. Just take the item(s) to the store with the invoice and your original payment method and our team will be happy to help. Unfortunately website orders can't be returned to OKA at Hoopers, Tunbridge Wells.
If you ordered a heavy or fragile item that was delivered by us (such as a mirror, rug or furniture) you can return it by calling our Customer Service team on 03330 042 042 to arrange a collection. There's a £60 collection charge for these returns within the UK.
Customers outside the UK are responsible for arranging transit for returns.
If you bought from an OKA store
Simply take your item(s) back into any OKA store* with your proof of purchase and the card you used to pay and our team will be happy to help.
*Items purchased from OKA at Hoopers, Tunbridge Wells can only be returned to that store. OKA at Hoopers, Tunbridge Wells can't process returns from any other OKA store.
If you bought an item from an OKA Outlet store
Items sold in our Outlet stores in South Godstone are not covered by our refunds policy – they are sold as seen and are non-refundable.
This is because Outlet items are classed as seconds or end of line, which means they may be damaged, have previously been on display or are now discontinued. Any damage to an item will be clearly indicated in the store at the time of purchase.
If you bought an item through the OKA Interior Design Service

Receiving your refund
If you returned items to our warehouse
After receiving your return, we'll inspect it and if everything is in order, issue a refund.
We aim to process returns in seven to nine working days, but this can take a little longer during extremely busy periods.
Your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment within approximately five working days of being processed. However, some banks or payment service providers may take longer to credit your account.
Should we need to obtain card details in order to process your refund, our Refunds team will get in touch via email and request that you contact us. We're unable to issue refunds to expired credit or debit cards, so if we can't reach you, we'll issue the amount paid as an OKA Gift Card<.
If you returned items to an OKA store
Your refund will be issued in the store and credited to the payment method used to make the original purchase. If the refund is issued to a credit or debit card, you should expect it to appear on your account approximately five working days after being issued, however, some banks or payment service providers may take longer to credit your account.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Frequently-Asked Questions
As Tailored by OKA products are made-to-order, our returns policy for them is slightly different. After you've placed your order, you have 48 hours to contact us to make alterations or cancel your order.
After this, we'll only be able to offer a 50% refund for any cancellations. Following delivery, you'll have 14 days in which you can return your Tailored by OKA product for a 50% refund. A collection fee of £60 will apply.
Should your Tailored by OKA product arrive faulty or damaged, we will either repair or replace it free of charge.
You can return items to an OKA store free of charge. Items returned using the DPD returns label included with your order are subject to a charge of £2.50 which will be deducted from your refund amount. Fragile and large items that are returned are subject to a £60 collection fee.
We are unable to refund delivery charges unless you're returning an item that is faulty or damaged.
Yes. Sale items are covered by our refund policy and can be returned within 14 days.
Items purchased from our Outlet store in South Godstone are sold as seen and as such are non-refundable.
Items purchased from the Outlet section of our website are covered by our standard returns policy.
In the rare event that an OKA item is delivered damaged or faulty, we will be happy to exchange it or refund you in full (including any delivery charge).
