Parcel Services
- If your item is too large or fragile to be sent in a parcel, we’ll deliver it to your door. After you place your order, we’ll be in touch to arrange a suitable date when someone will be in to receive the delivery.
- We deliver small parcels to UK Mainland postcodes via DPD.
- DPD deliveries are tracked. Upon despatch, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor your parcel’s journey from despatch to delivery.
- A signature will be required at the point of delivery.
- Deliveries are usually made between 7:00am and 6:00pm, Monday to Friday. Specific time slots cannot be specified.
- To qualify for next-day delivery, orders should be placed before 2:00pm. Orders placed after this time will be delivered on the following working day.

Fragile and Heavy Deliveries
- If your item is too large or fragile to be sent in a parcel, we’ll deliver it to your door. After you place your order, we’ll be in touch to arrange a suitable date when someone will be in to receive the delivery.

- Our deliveries are scheduled from 7:30am. You will receive your 2-hour time slot on the morning of the delivery.
- We are happy to unpack and assemble items in the room of your choice and remove any packaging upon request.

Tailored by OKA Deliveries
The furniture in our Tailored by OKA collection is customisable and made to order, so pieces can take up to 20 weeks to deliver. When your piece is ready, we’ll be in touch to arrange a suitable delivery date. If you’ve ordered other OKA items, these will be delivered separately.

- Our deliveries are scheduled from 7:30am. The date and time will be arranged with you by our delivery partner, Domestic Distributions.

Heavy, Fragile and Tailored by OKA Deliveries
When placing an order, you will be charged a flat holding fee at the checkout. Before placing your order, please contact us to discuss available services and final delivery charges.
Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Scottish Islands and more remote areas might require additional time and could incur higher delivery fees due to the accessibility of their locations.
At the checkout, you will be charged a standard delivery fee of £60.
After you place your order, a Customer Services representative will reach out to you to provide an accurate delivery charge based on your specific location. Depending on this assessment, you may either be asked to pay any additional costs if the standard fee doesn't cover the delivery expenses. If the actual charge is less than what was initially paid, you will receive a refund for the difference.
If you prefer to have a clear understanding of delivery charges prior to ordering, we encourage you to contact us for a precise quote.
There is no express option for Northern Ireland, Isle of Man or Scottish Islands.

Frequently Asked Questions
For smaller items, we offer a free Click and Collect delivery option when you order online – just select your preferred store from the drop-down menu at the checkout.
As for heavier items, this is subject to storage space at the store, so please contact our Customer Service team to discuss this option.
Fragile and heavy deliveries are booked in advance to allow you to arrange your availability accordingly. On the agreed date, the drivers will call you when they are on their way. If you miss the delivery, please note that we are generally unable to return on the same day as our routes are predetermined and fully booked. In this case, you will be contacted to reschedule your delivery. Please be aware that a re-delivery fee may apply. If the delivery is missed due to your unavailability, it is important to note that our delivery team cannot guarantee immediate re-delivery on the same day. You will need to reschedule, and a re-delivery fee may be charged to cover the additional delivery attempt. We strongly encourage you to ensure someone is available at the delivery address on the scheduled date to avoid any additional charges and delays.
We always try to deliver entire orders but sometimes this isn’t feasible. If you have ordered a combination of smaller and heavier items, they will be delivered by different couriers. It may also be a result of one or more of your items being out of stock and on backorder, which will have been highlighted at the time of ordering. If you require further information about your delivery, please contact our Customer Service team.
We give time slots for delivery, but if the order is not going to arrive when scheduled or has been significantly delayed, you will be contacted. Please be patient, but if the driver is more then an hour late call our Customer Service team on 03330 042 042 or email on deliveries@oka.com.
