Find out everything you need to know about our delivery services in the UK and overseas.

UK Mainland and Isle of Wight (Excl. Northern Ireland)

Parcel Services

• If your item is too large or fragile to be sent in a parcel, we’ll deliver it to your door. After you place your order, we’ll be in touch to arrange a suitable date when someone will be in to receive the delivery.
• We deliver small parcels to UK Mainland postcodes via DPD.
• DPD deliveries are tracked. Upon despatch, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor your parcel’s journey from despatch to delivery.
• A signature will be required at the point of delivery.
• Deliveries are usually made between 7:00am and 6:00pm, Monday to Friday. Specific time slots cannot be specified.
• To qualify for next-day delivery, orders should be placed before 2:00pm. Orders placed after this time will be delivered on the following working day.

Fragile & Heavy Delivery

If your item is too large or fragile to be sent in a parcel, we’ll deliver it to your door. After you place your order, we’ll be in touch to arrange a suitable date when someone will be in to receive the delivery.

• Please inform us in advance of any site access restrictions.
• Our deliveries are scheduled from 7:30am. You will receive your 2-hour time slot on the morning of the delivery.
• We are happy to unpack and assemble items in the room of your choice and remove any packaging upon request.

Heavy Delivery

If you’re ordering large furniture items, we’ll contact you to arrange a suitable date for delivery. On that day, we’ll deliver your item(s) to a room of your choice, perform any necessary assembly, and take away packaging.

Tailored by OKA Deliveries

The furniture in our Tailored by OKA collection is customisable and made to order, so pieces can take up to 20 weeks to deliver. When your piece is ready, we’ll be in touch to arrange a suitable delivery date. If you’ve ordered other OKA items, these will be delivered separately.

Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Scottish Islands

Some locations may take us longer to get to and can be subject to higher delivery charges. If you’d like to discuss delivery before placing an order, please contact us for a quote.

Heavy, Fragile and Tailored by OKA Deliveries

When placing an order, you will be charged a flat holding fee at the checkout. Before placing your order, please contact us to discuss available services and final delivery charges.

Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Scottish Islands and more remote areas might require additional time and could incur higher delivery fees due to the accessibility of their locations.

At the checkout, you will be charged a standard delivery fee of £60.

After you place your order, a Customer Services representative will reach out to you to provide an accurate delivery charge based on your specific location. Depending on this assessment, you may either be asked to pay any additional costs if the standard fee doesn't cover the delivery expenses. If the actual charge is less than what was initially paid, you will receive a refund for the difference.

If you prefer to have a clear understanding of delivery charges prior to ordering, we encourage you to contact us for a precise quote.

International Deliveries

Parcel Services, Heavy and Fragile Delivery

When placing an order for delivery outside the UK, you will be charged a flat holding fee at the checkout. Before placing your order, please contact us to discuss available services and final delivery charges. Below is a guide for deliveries to the EU and Channel Islands.

Delivery times and charges to other global locations will depend on the destination. We encourage you to contact us for a precise quote.

There is no express option for international deliveries.
