UK Mainland, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Scottish Islands

Parcel Services

We deliver small parcels to UK Mainland, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Scottish Islands postcodes via DPD.

If your item is too large or fragile to be sent in a parcel, we’ll arrange delivery to your door. After you place your order, we’ll contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date.

  • All DPD deliveries are tracked. When your order is despatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.
  • A signature will be required upon delivery.
  • Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 7:00am and 6:00pm. Specific time slots are not available.
  • To qualify for next-day delivery, orders must be placed before 12:00pm. Orders placed after this time will be delivered the following working day. Important: next-day delivery is not available for deliveries to Northern Island or Isle of Man.
  • Some locations may take us longer to reach and can be subject to higher delivery charges. If you’d like to discuss delivery before placing an order, please contact us for a quote.

Fragile and Heavy Deliveries

UK Mainland, Isle of Wight and Scottish Islands (excl. Northern Ireland and Isle of Man)

If your order contains large or fragile items, we’ll deliver them to your door via our specialist delivery partner, AIT.

  • Please inform us in advance of any site access restrictions.
  • Deliveries are scheduled from 7:30am. You’ll receive your 2-hour delivery time slot the evening before your delivery date (usually sent in the evening).
  • We’re happy to unpack and assemble items in your chosen room and remove packaging upon request.
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive your order at the agreed delivery time. If we can’t deliver because no one is present, or if the delivery is cancelled too late for us to reschedule, we’ll need to arrange a re-delivery. A charge will apply to cover the cost of the additional trip, and we’ll confirm this with you before re-booking.
  • Deliveries to the Scottish Isles may take longer and costs can vary due to accessibility. If you would like to know the precise delivery cost before ordering, please contact us for a quote.

Northern Ireland and Isle of Man

Large, fragile, and made-to-order items for Northern Ireland and Isle of Man are delivered by a regional delivery partner to the room of your choice, but assembly is not included.

At checkout, a flat holding fee of £60 will be applied. This is not the final cost for delivery to these locations. Once your order is placed, our Customer Services team will confirm the exact charge based on your address.

  • If the actual delivery cost is higher than the holding fee, we’ll request the difference before dispatch.
  • If it is lower, we’ll refund the balance.

Because of the nature of these destinations, deliveries may take longer and costs can vary due to accessibility. If you would like to know the precise delivery cost before ordering, please contact us for a quote. Delivery can take up to 20 working days from when items are in stock or ready.

Tailored by OKA Deliveries

The furniture in our Tailored by OKA collection is customisable and made to order, so pieces can take up to 20 weeks to deliver.

  • When your piece is ready, we’ll be in touch to arrange a suitable delivery date. If you’ve ordered other OKA items, these will be delivered separately.
  • Please inform us in advance of any site access restrictions.
  • Our deliveries are scheduled from 7:30am. The date and time will be arranged with you by our delivery partner, Domestic Distributions.
  • We are happy to unpack and assemble items in the room of your choice and remove any packaging upon request.

When placing an order for delivery outside the UK, a flat holding fee will be applied at checkout. This is not the final delivery cost. Before ordering, we recommend contacting us to discuss available services and receive an accurate delivery quote.

The guide below shows typical delivery times for EU and Channel Islands. For other global destinations, delivery times and costs will vary - please contact us for a personalised quote.

There is no express delivery service for international orders.
