COVID-19 Update

Our delivery services remain operational, with new precautions in place to keep you and our team members safe. We are committed to getting your orders to you as quickly and safely as possible, but please bear in mind there may be short delivery delays.

Standard Delivery (Light Items) | UK Mainland and Northern Ireland - £6

  • Up to five working days.
  • Orders will be delivered via Parcelforce. A signature is required upon receipt.

Fragile and Heavy Delivery | UK Mainland Only

  • Fragile delivery - £6
  • Heavy delivery - £30
  • Up to 10 working days.
  • After you have placed an order, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange delivery (when all items are in stock).
  • You will then receive an email confirming your delivery day, followed by a call to confirm your delivery slot closer to the time.
  • Orders will be delivered via a nominated carrier. A signature is required upon receipt.
  • We are happy to unpack items in your room of choice, take away any packaging and assemble all flat-packed items.

Express Delivery | UK Mainland Only - £10

  • Orders placed Monday to Friday by 2pm will be delivered on the next working day.
  • Orders will be delivered via Parcelforce. A signature is required upon receipt.

Standard Delivery (Light Items) + Heavy and Fragile Delivery | UK Offshore, and the Scottish Highlands and Islands

  • Please get in touch for a shipping quote
  • Up to 20 working days, depending on your delivery postcode.
  • Please note, additional costs for delivery may apply depending on location and parcel size.
  • A member of our team will be in touch as soon as you place your order to confirm the details – if you choose not to proceed with our delivery quote, your order will be cancelled and you will not be charged.

International Orders

Please note, international delivery is subject to availability of service, accessibility to property, local customs costs/regulations, transport mode and shipment size. Due to customs regulations we are unable to ship diffusers and diffuser refills internationally.

If you’d like to place an order with us and arrange delivery to an EU address, do take a look at our EU orders page. In addition, our Customer Service team is happy to help with any questions you may have regarding EU orders.

  • Europe: up to 15 working days – from £30*
  • Rest of the world: prices and timings vary based on location.

Heavy and Fragile Delivery | Northern Ireland, EU and Worldwide

  • Up to 40 working days
  • Call our Customer Service team on 03330 042 042, or +44 (0)1235 433 930 from outside the UK, and we will find the best delivery method at the best price for you.

*Please note that our international shipping estimates are “from prices”, and additional delivery charges (on top of standard postage and packing fees) will apply to your order. We will provide you with an accurate shipping quote, based on the weight and dimensions of the goods, as well as the destination of the order.

 

Tailored by OKA Orders

Tailored by OKA Delivery | UK Mainland Only - £30

  • The items in our Tailored by OKA Collection are custom made, so they will take up to 8-10 weeks to deliver. If you have added any standard or heavy items to your order, they will be delivered separately.
  • When your Tailored order is ready, a member of our team will be in touch to arrange a delivery time that suits you.
  • Orders will be delivered via a nominated carrier. A signature is required upon receipt.

Tailored by OKA Delivery | Northern Ireland and International – please get in touch for a shipping quote

  • The items in our Tailored by OKA Collection are made-to-order within eight to 10 weeks (plus an additional 40 working days for international shipping).
  • Once your item is ready, our team will be in touch to arrange a delivery time that suits you.

Free Delivery Over £2,500

Free delivery within the UK Mainland is automatically applied at the checkout on all orders over £2,500. Please note this excludes express delivery.

 

Useful Information

If the delivery is unsuccessful (for instance, you are not at the place of delivery at the agreed time, or because of the size of the goods they cannot be delivered into your home) a £50 charge may be levied.

For delivery of items marked with a lorry symbol, we now offer a nationwide disposal service of the equivalent piece of furniture in your home. This will be charged at £50 per piece and must be arranged prior to delivery, please contact our Customer Service team for more information.

Please note that if you have ordered multiple items and one is out of stock, this will delay your delivery. If you would prefer us to despatch your items individually, please contact our Customer Service team to arrange this after placing your order online.
