Parcel Services
If your item is too large or fragile to be sent in a parcel, we’ll deliver it to your door. After you place your order, we’ll be in touch to arrange a suitable date when someone will be in to receive the delivery.
- We deliver small parcels to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Scottish Islands postcodes via DPD.
- DPD deliveries are tracked. Upon despatch, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor your parcel's journey from despatch to delivery.
- A signature will be required at the point of delivery.
- Deliveries are usually made between 7:00am and 6:00pm, Monday to Friday. Specific time slots cannot be specified.
- To qualify for next-day delivery, orders should be submitted before 2:00pm. Orders placed after this time will be delivered on the following working day.

When placing an order, you will be charged a flat holding fee at the checkout. Before placing your order, please contact us to discuss available services and final delivery charges.
Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Scottish Islands and more remote areas might require additional time and could incur higher delivery fees due to the accessibility of their locations.
At the checkout, you will be charged a standard delivery fee of £60.
After you place your order, a Customer Services representative will reach out to you to provide an accurate delivery charge based on your specific location. Depending on this assessment, you may either be asked to pay any additional costs if the standard fee doesn't cover the delivery expenses. If the actual charge is less than what was initially paid, you will receive a refund for the difference.
