Not Quite Right? Not A Problem

While we want you to love every piece as much as we do, we understand that sometimes things just aren’t quite right. As such, we’re happy to offer you 45 days to make up your mind. If you decide something isn’t for you, simply return it to us in the same condition in which it was received, and we’ll refund the cost of the piece.

Please note, we are unable to accept returns on the following items

- Unwanted items returned after 45 days.

- Items returned without an OKA ‘Return Merchandise Authorization Number’ (See returns details below for information on how to get your Return Merchandise Authorization Number).

- Damaged items not notified by telephone to us within 2 working days of delivery

- Returns are refunded in the original payment form for the merchandise price, less shipping and handling.

Please note, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect. Return shipping charges may apply (see below). Taxes charged are refunded in accordance with state and local laws. Returns sent via USPS or FedEx that arrive with postage due will be returned to sender.

 

Returns process

How to return Standard Parcel deliveries

Standard Parcel deliveries can be returned free of charge. Please follow these steps to return your goods.

i) Contact our Customer Care team by calling 1-800-621-8309 and select option 2, within 45 days of receipt of your order.
ii) Receive a ‘Return Merchandise Authorization Number’ and a ‘Return Shipping Label. For items that were sent via Threshold or White Glove we will help schedule pick up of your items.
iii) Repack your order in the original box with the original packing material. If original packing material cannot be reused, we recommend taking any return to your local parcel shipping store to be packaged. Please note, you will be responsible for any damages incurred due to insufficient packaging.
iv) Affix your OKA provided Return Shipping Label to the outside of the box and drop at your nearest FedEx location. If you would prefer to use an alternative carrier, at your own expense please ask a member of our Customer Care team when speaking to them.

 

How to return white glove deliveries

When your items arrive our White Glove delivery team will remove all packaging, and place in the room of your choice. You can return your White Glove order after you've accepted the delivery, but you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

To do so, please follow these four steps:

i) Contact our Customer Care team by calling 1-800-621-8309 and select option 2, within 45 days of receipt of your order.
ii) Our team will provide a quote for the return shipping costs and schedule a convenient time to collect your order.
iii) Please ensure someone is in at the agreed date and time for your collection. The collection team will package your product accordingly.

Cancellation Policy

- Depending on the status of your order, it may be possible to cancel if the merchandise has not been processed for shipping. Please contact Customer Care by calling 1-800-621-8309 and selecting option two.

- Custom orders may not be cancelled
