Originally designed by our Co-Founder, Lucinda Waterhouse, the Leptoria design takes inspiration from the abstract patterns found in nature and the ornamental endpapers you would expect to see in antique novels, encyclopaedias and history books. Our latest version is embellished with hand-embroidered French knots giving it a textured finish. All of the embroidery shades chosen for this range evoke those of the natural world; this version is a deep Spruce green. The designs, made from 100% linen, are offset with bold cotton trims.
