The items in our Made-to-Order Collection are custom made, please see below for estimated delivery times and prices. If you have added any standard or heavy items to your order, they will be delivered separately.

Once your order is confirmed, you have 48 hours to change your mind. After that, we'll only be able to offer a 50% refund for any cancellations.

When your Made-to-Order is ready, a member of our team will be in touch to arrange a delivery time that suits you. Orders will be delivered via a nominated carrier. A signature is required upon receipt.

Made-to-Order Returns

After you've placed your order, you have 48 hours to contact us to make alterations or cancel your order.

After this, we'll only be able to offer a 50% refund for any cancellations. Following delivery, you'll have 14 days in which you can return your Made-to-Order product for a 50% refund. A collection fee of £60 will apply.
