Bedrooms are becoming more layered and decorative spaces. Once seen simply as a place to sleep, they are now designed with the same level of thought and decoration as the main living spaces in the home.
This thinking sits at the heart of the OKA x Lewis & Wood collaboration. Bringing together two quintessentially British brands united by a shared love of pattern, colour, and craftsmanship, it marks a renewed focus on bedroom design for OKA.
Centred on beautifully upholstered, made-to-order beds and headboards, the collection pairs some of Lewis & Wood’s most-loved patterns with OKA’s iconic Sheki print, thoughtfully reworked for the collaboration. Coordinating cushions and softly pleated lampshades complete the look, designed to create a fully layered bedroom scheme that feels cohesive and full of character.
As OKA Co-Founder and Creative Director Sue Jones explains: “Both brands are inherently British in style and share a strong appreciation for colour, pattern and craftsmanship, so there’s always been a natural synergy between us. Our palettes blend beautifully and we both value the richness that comes from layering texture, colour and pattern.”
Bringing together OKA’s expertise in furniture and styling with Lewis & Wood’s heritage in pattern and fabric allowed us to create something that feels authentic to both brands.
