Hirkani is a name of Indian origin meaning 'small diamond'; the OKA cushion of the same name features motifs and embroidery that are similarly Indian inspired. In particular the design takes its cues from a type of Punjabi folk embroidery - Phulkari patterns. Our modern take on the classic is machine embroidered onto a heavy, quality linen base using a digitally programmed design for full coverage. The textural finish, precise pattern and mossy green tones lend each cushion a natural feel.
