An OKA first, this wallpaper brings our in-house designed Ocellus pattern to a new scale. Inspired by Indian block print motifs, the design carries a gentle, organic rhythm through its form, softened into an all-over pattern that sits comfortably within a room.
Digitally printed in the UK onto a tactile, matt-finish non-woven paper, it offers both refined appearance and long-lasting durability. Subtle surface texture, tonal variation and visible fibres give the paper a character that echoes traditional hand block-printing techniques. The pattern and base are designed to work in harmony, allowing the design to sit naturally alongside our fabrics and furniture.
FSC-certified and printed using water-based LP Latex inks, it is as carefully made as it is designed. Hanging instructions included.
Preparation:
For the best results, begin with clean, dry walls. Remove any old wallpaper or loose paint and lightly sand painted surfaces to create a smooth base. Lining the walls with good quality paper and allowing it to dry fully will help the finish look effortlessly perfect.
Pasting & Hanging:
1. This is a paste-the-wall product. The decorator should paste the wall and not the back of the wallcovering.
2. Measure your wall height and cut each piece slightly longer than needed (approx. 2–3 inches).
3. Use a good quality, solvent-free, fungicide-protected ready-mixed adhesive.
4. Paste should be evenly applied to the wall, covering an area slightly wider than the paper.
5. Hang one length at a time.
6. Use a decorator’s brush to smooth the wallpaper, working from the centre to the edges to remove air bubbles.
7. Avoid squeezing paste out of the joints and ensure tools and hands are kept clean and dry.
If paste touches the surface, gently wipe it away with a damp sponge while still wet.
Please note: Paste may damage surfaces, and wall conditions can vary, so customers should ensure their space is suitable for wallpapering.
The surface is spongeable, so light marks can be gently removed with a damp sponge. It has good light fastness, so colour holds well in natural daylight. Avoid excessive moisture or harsh cleaning products, as these may cause peeling or distortion.
Start by measuring the full height and width of each wall you plan to cover, from floor to ceiling and from corner to corner. Multiply the height by the width to calculate the total area in square metres. If there are windows or doors, subtract their area from the total.
When calculating quantities, it’s best to work in full drops (floor-to-ceiling lengths), rather than relying on square metres alone. If in doubt, allow an extra roll for pattern matching, future repairs or the occasional mistake.
Each roll is 10.05 metres long and comes in two widths:
52cm wide (covers approximately 5.2m²)
70cm wide (covers approximately 7.0m²)
You can also enter your wall measurements into our wallpaper calculator located on the product pages to find out how much wallpaper you need.
Wallpaper orders are typically delivered within up to 3 weeks. Lead times may vary slightly, but you’ll be kept informed throughout the process.
