Hong Kong Triplex Apartment
Sea Monkey is a luxury villa, located in the peaceful coves of Mahé Island. The building was designed by Mauritian architect, Jean-Marc Eynaud, and OKA was commissioned to transform the interiors of the four-bedroom oasis. The client wanted to merge contemporary and traditional design elements and include colours found in the tropical landscape surrounding the property.
Like most subtropical destinations, Hong Kong is hot and humid; a thick layer of cloud makes it difficult to see the sun. Our interior designers placed lots of mirrors around the apartment, to bring in light.
