With an OKA Trade Account, you'll have access to our dedicated Trade team via email or phone as well as all of the benefits of being an OKA Trade client. This includes a discount on full price stock and an extra discount on sale items, invitations to new product previews and access to a personal single point of contact who will help you manage multiple client projects.
On receipt of your application and required documentation, an OKA Trade representative will contact you by email within 48 hours to confirm the outcome of your application.
At least two of the following documents are required to support your OKA Trade application:
- Company registration number
- VAT registration number
- At least two trade references (interior suppliers)
- Evidence of valid membership of a major design organisation (e.g. BIID, SBID, RIBA)
OKA Trade Accounts are exclusively for professional interior designers, decorators, architects, home stylists, and property developers that work with homeowners and developers fulfilling their design or improvement projects. We also welcome applications from commercial entities, hotels, restaurants and members clubs.
OKA Trade Accounts are not available to businesses that do not fall under the residential, commercial interior design or home improvement sectors.

Placing OKA trade orders online
OKA Trade orders can be placed online or over the phone with our Trade team. With your trade account number and PIN and gain access to your discount by following the instructions below. Our Trade and Customer Service teams offer support throughout the buying process. To place an order with one of our OKA Trade representatives, please email [email protected]
The OKA Trade programme may only be used by the named OKA Trade account holder and their recorded authorised users. Misuse of the programme will result in the termination of your account.
