Orders, deliveries and returns


When will my Tailored by OKA item be delivered?

All Tailored by OKA pieces are made-to-order and will be delivered in 8-10 weeks. As soon as your order is ready, a member of our team will be in touch to arrange a delivery time that suits you.


What if I add other items to my Tailored by OKA order?

That’s no problem. If you add any other items to your Tailored by OKA order, they will be delivered separately. You will receive a separate email confirming delivery for these items.


I am an OKA Trade customer. Does my discount apply to the Tailored by OKA collection?

Yes, your Trade discount can be applied to all Tailored by OKA items.


What is the guarantee on my Tailored by OKA item?

For all our Tailored by OKA upholstered range, there is a one-year guarantee on the fabric, and a five-year guarantee on the springs and a ten-year guarantee on the frames. For further information please contact a member of our customer service team.


How much will it cost to have my Tailored by OKA item delivered?

A Tailored by OKA delivery costs the same as our standard heavy delivery fee: £30*. If your order totals £2,500 or more, delivery will be free of charge (UK mainland only. Excludes express delivery).

*Please note, for UK Offshore (including Northern Ireland), Highlands and Islands, additional costs for delivery may apply depending on location and parcel size. A member of our team will be in touch as soon as you place your order to confirm details. If you choose not to proceed with our delivery quote, your order will be cancelled, and you will not be charged. If you would like a quote before placing an order, please call +44 1235 433930.


Can my Tailored by OKA order be shipped internationally?

Can I order fabric swatches?

You may order up to five complimentary fabric swatches. Delivery of these is free of charge.To order swatches please go to:


What if I change my mind?

For our ‘Tailored by OKA’ range please note that after you place an order you have 48 hours in which to make alterations or cancel it free of charge.  In the event of cancellation or significant changes 48 hours after placing an order, you will be charged a restocking fee and so only be entitled to a refund of 75% of the original amount paid.  After 60 days, regrettably we cannot offer any refunds on returned items.  In the rare case that your product is faulty we will offer to fully refund or replace the product.
