Tailored Delivery
The items in our Tailored by OKA collection are custom made, so they will take up to 10 -12 weeks to deliver.
Once your order is confirmed, you have 48 hours to change your mind. After that, we reserve the right to charge up to 25% of the item's retail price in the event of cancellation or significant changes

Please note that after you place an order you have 48 hours in which to make alterations or cancel it free of charge. In the event of cancellation or significant changes 48 hours after placing an order, you will be charged a restocking fee and only entitled to a refund of 75% of the original amount paid.
After 60 days, regrettably we cannot offer any refunds on returned items. In the rare case that your product is faulty we will offer to fully refund or replace it.
Small items
Small items are delivered by Parcelforce within five working days. If you’d like your order sooner, choose the express option for next day delivery.

When your Tailored order is ready, a member of our team will be in touch to arrange a delivery time that suits you. Orders will be delivered via a nominated carrier. A signature is required upon receipt.

Tailored Returns
As Tailored by OKA products are made to order, after you've placed your order, you have 48 hours to contact us to make alterations or cancel your order.
After this, we'll only be able to offer a 50% refund for any cancellations. Following delivery, you'll have 14 days in which you can return your Tailored by OKA product for a 50% refund. A collection fee of £60 will apply.
Should your Tailored by OKA product arrrive faulty or damaged, we will of course refund or replace it free of charge.
